Please remember that appointments last 10 minutes only so it would be helpful if you brought one problem at a time.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked for the reason to make sure that you will be booked with correct member of the clinical team. This is to save you time and the NHS resources.
If you cannot attend your appointment please make sure you cancel it in advance (at least 2 hours before appointment time) so we can offer the slot to someone else who needs it.
Be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late the clinician will not see you. If you are between 5 and 10 minutes late you may need to wait to be seen, the clinician will firstly see patients who have arrived on time.
